Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Adding a Monthly Refill subscription is completely optional and can be removed before or during checkout.

After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next order is created by clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email, or by contacting us at simpliherbs@gmail.com. Please include your full name and order number for faster processing. We are committed to transparency and giving you full control of your subscription.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order on its billing date.

Once a new order has been created, it cannot be cancelled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment.

All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly.
