We stand behind our formulas with a 60-night money-back guarantee. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how we make it right if you're not satisfied.
We offer a 60-night return policy for items that are unopened and unused. This means you have 60 nights after receiving your item to request a return only if the product is in its original, sealed condition.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it — unused, unopened, and sealed, with no signs of tampering.
- Tags and Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including any branded boxes or protective materials included in the original shipment.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include your order confirmation email or invoice.
Opened or used Simpliherbs products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you've opened and used Simpliherbs and are not satisfied with the results, we still want you to feel supported. That's why we offer a 60-Night Satisfaction Guarantee — with no physical return required.
To qualify:
- You must have used the product consistently as instructed (one serving in the morning and one in the evening for at least 14 days).
- The request must be made within 60 nights of delivery.
- This guarantee is valid only on your first order and is limited to one refund per household.
- A brief explanation or feedback may be requested to help us improve our service and products.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email simpliherbs@gmail.com with your order number and your experience.
Free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether used or unused.
If your original order included free items received as part of a promotion (e.g. "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Free Gift With Purchase"), please note the following:
- Free promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange, regardless of condition.
- Limited-time post-purchase offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the deeply discounted pricing provided during checkout. These exclusive deals are final sale.
- If you return the originally paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, you must also return the free item(s) in unused condition. Failure to return the free item may result in a partial refund, with the value of the free item(s) deducted from your refund total.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to our shipping and fulfillment partners.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
